We had a great experience building our custom modern/contemporary home with Sundance and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build custom. Kevin was amazing at helping us create a unique floor plan based on our must-have list while keeping us under budget. Nicole was a great resource for all financial questions and a go-to for help with vendors. Sundance had a great selection for vendors and we were able to visit multiple and make selections based on our wants and budget. We had a blast working with Drake – he was always willing to meet us on site to answer any questions we had as well as provide us with some design ideas himself. Once we broke ground, Sundance stuck to the timeline and we were all moved in by the 6 month timeframe (even with a rainy fall). We were impressed with the quality and craftsmanship throughout the house and have received numerous compliments from friends, family members, neighbors, and delivery drivers. Sundance Homes provided us with the truly custom home experience we were looking for. We interviewed a number of builders before selecting Sundance Homes and they were all trying to tailor one of their existing home plans to meet our wants and needs (they wanted to customize one of their plans, not start from scratch). Kevin and Nicole sat us down and we came up with a one-of-a-kind home that fit our taste and lifestyle as well as fit with the aesthetics of an established neighborhood with 100 year old homes.
