Nicole was a great resource for all financial questions and a go-to for help with vendors. Sundance had a great selection for vendors and we were able to visit multiple and make selections based on our wants and budget. We had a blast working with Drake – he was always willing to meet us on site to answer any questions we had as well as provide us with some design ideas himself. Once we broke ground, Sundance stuck to the timeline and we were all moved in by the 6 month timeframe (even with a rainy fall). We were impressed with the quality and craftsmanship throughout the house and have received numerous compliments from friends, family members, neighbors, and delivery drivers. Sundance Homes provided us with the truly custom home experience we were looking for.
